A: We have five strict QC processes to ensure product's quality. If in case of any defect items occurred, please show us pics and videos, replacement will be offered with your next order.
Q: What is the MOQ for custom made my logo?
A: MOQ is 1000PCS. We will provide samples for you to check before mass production. We keep your design confidential.
Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this courier cost charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
